Dating apps try to stand out in many different ways. Tinder is the go-to hookup app, Hinge is the go-to relationship app, and Bumble is the dating app created to empower women in the dating game. Similar to Hinge, OkCupid is also very relationship-centered, but it's been around a heck of a lot longer. While the other apps came to fruition in the 2010s, OkCupid has been around since the early 2000s, so the people over there must know a whole lot about the dating game. Another way they stand out from the other apps is their Twitter presence. While other apps simply post articles about their stats, OkCupid is spilling all the tea about dating in cute, concise tweets. They manage to say a whole lot in the little space that Twitter provides them with.
